Leatherette is a synthetic material made from vinyl, this means that it is hard wearing, flame retardant and also waterproof. As well as this it is also low maintenance as it is stain resistant and it can be wiped clean with warm water and a cloth.
Similarly there is no need to worry about how long your fabric will last as it is very durable as it withstands scratches and scrapes and it doesn't crack,peel or fade.
